Vad arbetar du med för projekt?

Jag arbetar med ett projekt som heter ”Skogen som tempel”, men samtidigt arbetar jag med uråldriga gudinnor och heliga växter.

Hur ser din konstnärliga process ut?

Once I have an idea, I start doing research on it.  I read about many things, but mostly on ancient tales and plants. For my actual project, I go out in nature for walks, especially in the forest. I pick up flowers, leaves, little stones or moss. I am trying to build a universe inside my atelier with these pieces so later I can have a conversation with it. 

Vilka material arbetar du med?

Jag hade jobbat med tryck på bomull/rispapper och ekologiskt tyg (bomull/linne). Började också med små skulpturer gjorda av naturliga material som – mossa, bivax, grenar, jord, torkade växter, löv.

Varför går du den här utbildningen?

I want to nurture my art practice in a free and collaborative art school. I have ideas that need time to mature and I found it very useful to have a mentor to talk and discover new art forms.

Vad gjorde du innan?

Jag jobbade inom finans bolagsverksamhet innan jag flyttade till Sverige 2019 för att studera Grafik på Göteborgs Konstskola.

Vad tycker du är det bästa med den här utbildningen? 

I think it’s great to have the opportunity to discuss our art project / ideas with a variety of art professionals. I also believe that sharing creative areas with other colleagues helps to nurture our art calling. Professors and colleagues became the perfect mirror for our reflections. Art is a medium to connect to (universe) others through our own voice.
